The core four
Jasper Holloway, Lily Hart, Harper Vale and Ava Rees are the four central students associated with the Academy. All four belong to Brannor. Jasper is analytical and pattern-focused, Lily develops from cautious to increasingly confident, Harper is bold and momentum-driven, and Ava is precise and evidence-focused.
The Choosing Tide
Order placement is not a normal selection ceremony. Students enter the Choosing Tide, and the Tide carries them toward the Order it chooses. Students do not simply pick an Order for themselves.
Magic
Tidefall magic is not wand-based. Students cast without wands, and the wider system includes spoken spells, hand-cast magic and rare abilities connected to Titans. Jasper and Lily possess the fuller form of Titan-sense, while the Headmaster has a more limited form.
