Tidefall Academy Orders
Orders are part of student identity and Academy life. Placement is determined through the Choosing Tide rather than by a student simply selecting an Order.
The Choosing Tide
Students enter the Tide and are carried toward the Order it chooses. The process establishes one of Tidefall Academy's clearest differences from ordinary school-house systems: the water itself participates in placement.
Brannor
Brannor is associated with courage, loyalty and action. Jasper Holloway, Lily Hart, Harper Vale and Ava Rees are all Brannor students.
Can students choose their Order?
Normally, no. The Tide carries each student toward the destination it chooses. Lily Hart's late placement is an unusual exception in how the crossing unfolds, but this page avoids the surrounding story details.
Why Orders matter
Orders give students a shared identity inside the Academy and help organise friendships, routines and expectations. They are part of the school world rather than a replacement for the individual personalities of the students.
