No. The books are the main story. The Academy, lore, character and interactive pages expand the world but are not required before starting Book One.

Start with Tidefall Book One. Tidefall Academy is built as a book-first fantasy universe. The website is full of lore, characters, maps, quizzes and interactive extras, but none of those need to come before the books.

The Academy pages explain how Tidefall works. The character profiles give you clean reference material. The lore archive connects things like Titan-sense, Brannor and the Choosing Tide. The interactive pages let you play inside the setting. But the narrative itself belongs to the books.

If you want the least-spoiler route, read the books first, then use the website whenever you want to look something up or explore beyond the chapter you just finished.
